The bolster offers premium support due to its size and unique kapok filling - Kapok is lightweight, resistant to dust mites, mould and mildew, so it is hygienic, non toxic, hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly. A fully packed kapok bolster weighs under 1.8kgs, nearly half that of a wool bolster. So you get all the support without the weight! Over time this bolster will compress down to a slightly more oval shape which is the ideal shape to support you - a perfect prop for restorative yoga.
