An interesting hybrid between a city bike and a scooter. Offering the best of both worlds without unnecessary compromises. The missing pedals prove that this is indeed an electric scooter that is not even trying to pretend being a bike. On the other hand, unlike normal scooters it features a seat, on which a rider sits like on a bike, except for not having to pedal. All that you need is to open the throttle and Inokim OZO joyfully accelerates.
When equipped with a larger capacity battery, it can handle a range of up to 40 kmwithout pedaling (not that it has any pedals) while the battery is easily removable, meaning you do not have to drag the entire scooter home, you only need to take the battery. Without this battery, and thanks to the fact that there are no pedals, the OZO model is practically unusable, which is why it won’t be attractive to thieves when you leave it locked at any place.
Safety:
Safety comes first when it comes to INOKIM brand. That is why OZO has been made of an extremely strong aluminum alloy used in the aerospace industry. The scooter is equipped with two disc brakes, allowing you to stop safely each time you need it. The rear wheel is sprung, which contributes not only to comfort but also to riding stability. The front and rear LED lights contribute to safety. The rear light also serves as a brake light. Thanks to relatively large 16-inch, air-filled wheels, riding this scooter is surprisingly comfortable, stable and, therefore, safe. The entire body forming a letter Z (hence the name OZO) is tough and, therefore, does not twist and there is no risk of it accidentally folding on its own as is with folding models. While riding, the rider has the legs rest comfortably on the footrests while sitting on the scooter. This makes the center of gravity is relatively low, lower than with the models requiring a rider to stand. The lower center of gravity contributes to stability and thereby to safety. Large wheels also provide stronger gyroscopic stabilization effect, meaning that the scooter has better directional stability while riding compared to standard electric scooters.
Power and range:
Inokim OZO has a 250 W output, which is enough for riding comfortably around the city. Its maximum speed is limited to 25 km/h. Thanks to a well-tuned control unit, the scooter’s output is pleasantly timed and its acceleration will surprise you – it feels much better than you would expect from a seemingly low 250 W output. This is thanks to the high torque of the electric motor, which is integrated directly into the wheel, eliminating any mechanical losses on the chain or pedals. It is the absence of pedals, derailleur and chain that provides efficiency to this scooter. When equipped with a Samsung Li-ion battery (stored energy of 378 Wh at 36 V and 10.5 Ah), it reaches a range of up to 40 km per single charge. If you opt for a non-branded battery offering lower capacity (stored energy of 281 Wh at 36 V and 7.8 Ah), the range falls to about 30 km.
Design:
Inokim is a brand that deeply cares about design. Its flagship models, the OXO and OX, won the prestigious Red Dot Design Award. The OZO model continues in their footsteps, winning several international design awards, such as the Good Design Award or the A' Design Award and Competition. However, you do not need any professional awards to appreciate this scooter’s design. Its body has the shape of a letter Z and the wheels form two O’s. Combined, they give rise to the name of the model: OZO. It is simply beautiful and, at the same time, different from all other scooters of this type. The design is simple and clean, it contains no extra features, which is why it looks light and very practical. The headlight incorporated directly into the scooter frame and the beautiful display integrated into the handlebars underline the attention to detail and the well-considered design of the entire OZO concept.
Comfort and practicality:
If you are looking for a comfortable and stylish means of transport in the city, the OZO is the right choice. It combines advantages of a bicycle with the comfort of an electric motor without any need to pedal. With its height-adjustable seat, OZO can handle tall people. Although we would not recommend this scooter for making long trips to persons taller than 180 cm. Thanks to 16-inch, air-filled tires, it handles small bumps and city’s pitfalls well. The rear wheel is sprung by a shock absorber, contributing to comfort as the rider’s weight rests on this wheel. The maximum load capacity of Inokim OZO is 100 kg. The OZO is equipped with a beautiful and practical display integrated directly into the handlebars, which contributes to comfort and stylish look. We consider the overall maintenance-free nature of this model as contributing to comfort – just sit on your OZO and ride it – there is no need for chain lubrication or adjustment, as is the case with a bicycle. With its weight of only 21 kg, it is not considered an extremely heavy machine, meaning you are indeed able to carry it up the stairs, if necessary. The steering rod is foldable, allowing compact storage. However, this is not a so-called folding scooter as it cannot be folded in half its size. Even after folding the steering rod, it remains 137 cm long and 77 cm high. On the other hand, it is thanks to the fact that this is not a foldable scooter that makes the whole OZO a tough, robust and non-creaking scooter, despite its slim design.

The OZO e is a stylish urban hybrid between an electric bike and electric scooterdesigned for those who are looking for the benefits of a bicycle but do not wish to pedal, take care of any chain, or risk their pants getting covered by oil stains as their travel. The removable battery allows leaving OZO locked without worrying that someone could pedal away with it. At the same time, you do not have to carry it home just to have the battery charged. It can fit the OZO inside the trunk of a regular car, but there will not be a lot of space left. Its huge advantage is a truly beautiful and sophisticated design, so your arrival will be always on a stylish note. The riding comfort is excellent and can be likened to riding an ultra-light and extremely stylish motorcycle rather than riding a bicycle. This is a machine you can rely on, offering an excellent alternative to bicycles or standard electric scooters and always taking you home safely.
