Your satisfaction is very important to us. In case the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you changed your mind, you can return your device for free. Please use the below form to receive your free return label. After 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately can’t offer any refunds.
For pre-loved devices, you can return your undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts and include all accessories it came with. In case that there are obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.
For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices that are in the original packaging. In case that the device was opened or damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.
When will I receive my refund?
After you submit the below form, our customer service team will reach out to you and provide you with a return label within 3 working days. As soon as our vendor receives the returned product, it will be inspected and after which we will initiate the refund within 4 working days. It will take several more days until the refund is reflected on your bank statement. In case that it isn’t shown 7 working days after you received the refund notification from us, please get in touch with us via email to email@example.com.

Unlike most electronics or secondhand stores, Reebelo is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale. This is why each device, wether it is brand new or pre-owned, comes with a free warranty period provided by our vendors. In case of any defects during the warranty period, your device will be repaired, or if this isn't be possible replaced, for free.
24 Months ReebeloCare
ReebeloCare enables you to buy devices with an extended peace of mind. Covering all product defects (hardware + software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your ReebeloCare period. In case of accidental damages which are not covered by ReebeloCare (e.g. your phone falls down or water damages), you have access to our discounted repair fees.
What will be covered during the Warranty & ReebeloCare period?
We believe in the quality of our products, so we're offering coverage more comprehensive than market standards. Our warranty covers all product defects (hardware and software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your warranty period. In case the device is not repairable, the replacement device will be the same or higher model in that product range. The colour of the replacement device will depend upon what is available in stock and might differ from original order in case exact colour is not available.
What is NOT covered?
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer or third-parties. This can be including, but not limited to, any physical damage (external or internal which includes damage to OLED screen which might not show on the casing of the device), battery wear and tear, installing shady software and liquid damage caused by the customer or a third-party are not covered by the limited warranty or ReebeloCare.. If the device is found to show signs of any of the above mentioned scenarios it will be returned to you without repair. Any third-party repairs done by a non-Reebelo authorized repair partner which weren't approved beforehands will void the remaining warranty.
Nevertheless, feel free to contact us should your phone experience issues post-warranty as we can arrange for repairs to be done by our partners at a special rate, just for you.
How does the process work?

As soon as our vendor receives the returned product, it will be inspected and repaired or replaced within 3-7 days of the device being received. Please note that repaired devices or replacements can only be sent out after our vendor has received,inspected and repaired the returned device.
Reebelo and our vendors are not responsible for any loss of data during any claims. You must remove any Apple ID/Passcode/Google accounts before sending the item for claims. Claims can't be processed if the returned device has any Apple ID/Passcode/Google accounts. You are responsible for packing the device securely for shipping. Any damage or loss while in transit is the sender's responsibility.
