14 Days Free Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. In case the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you changed your mind, you can return your device for free. Please use the below form to receive your free return label. After 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately can’t offer any refunds.

For pre-loved devices, you can return your undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts and include all accessories it came with. In case there are obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.

For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices that are in the original packaging. In case the device was opened or damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.

When will I receive my refund?

After you submit the below form, our customer service team will reach out to you and provide you with a return label within 3 working days. As soon as our vendor receives the returned product, it will be inspected and after which we will initiate the refund within 5 working days. It will take several more days until the refund is reflected on your bank statement. In case it isn’t shown 7 working days after you received the refund notification from us, please get in touch with us via email to support@reebelo.co.nz.

12 Months Warranty

Unlike most electronics and secondhand stores, Reebelo is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale - that's why every device comes with a free warranty. Depending on the device type, the warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by our vendors with the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of any defects observed during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or replaced (in case it’s non-repairable), for free.

However, please note that if physical damage is observed, the warranty may be voided. In such cases, Reebelo can offer a repair service, but the associated costs will be borne by the customer.

2-Year Device Protection With ReebeloCare

Every product purchased on Reebelo comes with a 12 months warranty that protects your device from manufacturing/refurbishing defects and electrical & mechanical failures. ReebloCare extends this for another 12 months (for a total of 24 months) and also covers other damages caused by accidents from the day you purchased your device - giving you complete peace of mind until you’re ready to get a new one.

What's covered?

  • Damaged devices caused by weather, spills, liquids, fire, mishandling, and cracks.
  • The damage is not covered by an existing warranty.
  • This protection extends and expands the existing Reebelo or Manufacturer warranties for a total of 24 Months.
  • Replacements, delivery, call-outs and installation are all included up to the cover limit.

With ReebeloCare, you are entitled for unlimited repairs up to the purchase value of your protected device. In the event that your device cannot be repaired, we will replace it so you don’t have to buy another. You will only need to pay a small service fee to repair or replace your device. An email with a payment link will be sent to you by XCover once your claim has been approved.

What's not covered?

  • Wear and tear, as well as cosmetic damages that do not affect the device's functionality
  • Damages arising from negligence or intentional malpractice, including the use of refurbished devices in environments highly susceptible to water/liquid damage
  • Damages arising from shipping / delivery
  • Loss, deletion, or corruption of any data stored on the device
  • Lost or stolen devices including any damage arising from the event
  • Devices for which the IMEI or Serial Number is no longer recognizable or retrievable due to damage
  • Devices that have been opened or repaired that are not authorized by Reebelo

    How does it work?

    • All ReebeloCare plans are serviced by our partners, including but not limited to XCover.
    • We encourage you to file a claim through your Reebelo’s account to ensure expedited processing.
    • You must provide pictures of the device, including one that clearly displays the IMEI/SN on the product for verification.

    Once a claim is submitted, a dedicated claims manager will review and guide you through the claims process to have your device repaired or replaced. Depending on your location and the extent of the damage, you may be offered on-site service at our discretion. If the device cannot be repaired, you will receive a refund in the form of cash or store credit.

    • Step 3: Fill up the claim form in as much detail as possible.

      What's covered?

      All devices purchased on Reebelo come with a 12-month warranty. With ReebeloCare, you get an additional 12 months of warranty protection (total duration of 24 months) from the date of purchase to cover you in case of any software or hardware malfunctions or manufacturer-related defects, free of charge.

      How does it work?

      After you submit the form below, our customer service team will reach out to you and provide you with a free return label as soon as possible (on average, within 24 business hours). As soon as our vendor receives the returned product, it will be inspected and repaired/replaced. In case neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will arrange for a partial or full refund for the product in cash or store credit. We aim to settle all our claims within 5 working days.

      Please note that repaired devices or replacements can only be sent out after our vendor has received, inspected, and repaired the device. You are responsible for packing the device securely for shipping. Any damage or loss while in transit is the sender's responsibility. Ownership of ReebeloCare 24 Months Device Protection cannot be transferred. All user accounts (e.g. Apple ID/Passcode/Google) must be disabled or removed in order for smooth processing. Any liability towards associated user accounts resides with the customer.

      Change of Mind

      We hope you are satisfied with our products and services. In case you feel that the product does not meet your specific requirements, you can email us to cancel your ReebeloCare protection within the first 14 days of delivery and we will arrange for a full refund of the price paid for your ReebeloCare protection.
