14 Days Free Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the event the device doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you can return your device for free. Please fill out the form below to receive your free return label. This is only valid for 14 days once you receive your order. Past 14 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
For refurbished devices, you may return your undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition as it was purchased, and wiped of any data, including accounts. All devices that came with the device must also be returned. If there are obvious signs of use or the device has been damaged, we will be unable to process a refund and will send the device back to you.
For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices that are in the original packaging.
If the device packaging has been opened or damaged, we will be unable to process a refund and will send the device back to you.
When will I receive my refund?
After you submit the form, a Customer Happiness Manager will reach out to you and provide you with a return label within 3 working days. As soon as our partner receives the returned product, it will be inspected, after which we will initiate the refund within 4 working days. It will take several more days until the refund is reflected on your bank statement. In case the refund isn’t reflected on your bank statement within 7 working days after you receive the refund notification from us, please get in touch with us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
12 Months Warranty
Unlike most electronics or secondhand stores, Reebelo is fully confident in the devices that we offer for sale - which is why every device comes with a complimentary warranty.
For refurbished devices, the warranty is covered by our partner. For Brand New devices, the full original warranty is included and will be covered by the manufacturer or the vendor. In case of any defects during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or possibly replaced, for free.
Extended Coverage (24 Months) With ReebeloCare
For select products, ReebeloCare may be purchased for additional coverage for your device.
This covers all product defects (hardware + software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your ReebeloCare period. In the event of accidental damage which is not covered by ReebeloCare (e.g. your phone falls down or there is water damage), you will have access to our discounted repair fees.
What is covered during the warranty & ReebeloCare period?
We believe in the quality of our products, so we're offering coverage more comprehensive than market standards. Our warranty covers all product defects (hardware + software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your warranty period.
What is NOT covered?
ReebeloCare does not cover any damage caused by the customer or third-parties. This can include, but not limited to, physical accidents like dropping the phone, water damage and the installation of unverified software. If the device is found to be damaged in any way it will be returned to you without repair. Any third-party repairs done by a non-Reebelo authorized repair partner which weren't approved beforehands will void the remaining warranty.
Nevertheless, feel free to contact us should you be experiencing issues with your device post-warranty as we can arrange for repairs to be done by our partners at a special rate, just for you.
How does it work?

As soon as our vendor receives the returned product, it will be inspected and repaired or replaced within 3-7 business days of the device being received. Please note that repaired devices or replacements can only be sent out after our vendor has received, inspected and repaired the returned device.
Reebelo and our vendors are not responsible for any loss of data during any claims. You must remove any Apple ID/Passcode/Google accounts before sending the item for claims. Claims can't be processed if the returned device has any Apple ID/Passcode/Google accounts. You are responsible for packing the device securely for shipping. Any damage or loss while in transit is the sender's responsibility.
