Refurbished products are fully functional, original pre-owned devices. Our New Zealand refurbishing partners buy used devices, test more than 40+ quality checkpoints and ensure that they are in perfect working condition before shipping them. All devices come with extended warranty so that you can buy with peace of mind. Like new, but better!
Our brand new devices come in an original, sealed box with all originally supplied accessories. All of our refurbished devices come with a charger (unless not originally supplied), a charging cable and are safely packaged in a plain box (for sanitary reasons, we do not include earphones).
The battery health for all pre-loved devices listed on Reebelo is 80% - 100%. For brand new devices, batteries are of course new. Should you face any problems with the battery during your warranty period, please do contact us and we will be happy to help.
Yes, our brand new devices comes in sealed box with 12 months standard warranty.
All electronics at Reebelo New Zealand are a mix of local and export sets. Our devices are network unlocked and can be used on any network in New Zealand and overseas. Please note that some international models may have an audible camera shutter sound that cannot be muted.
Reebelo New Zealand is an online marketplace and we work together with several trusted vendors to ensure that you always find the best price. Our trustworthy New Zealand vendors ensure that all devices sold are fully functional and according to our specifications. As the vendor decides the price, you will sometimes find similar models for different prices - go for the best deal and buy with peace of mind!
Due to the large number of devices sold at Reebelo New Zealand, we unfortunately can’t provide pictures for each device. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can simply use our free14 days return policy.
You can make payment securely on our website using credit card, PayPal, POLi, or free instalment via Latitude (Gem) Pay. We currently do not offer cash on delivery.
*Minimum purchase $250. Credit and lending criteria and fees apply, including a Gem Visa $55 establishment fee and annual fees ($52 Gem Visa / $50 Gem CreditLine). Paying only the minimum monthly repayment of 3% of the outstanding monthly balance or $20 (whichever is more), will not be sufficient to repay the purchase amount(s) within the promotional period. Amount payable will be shown on your monthly statement. Prevailing interest rate (currently Gem Visa 25.99% p.a./Gem CreditLine 29.95% p.a.) applies after any interest free term ends. We offer free shipping New Zealand wide and it takes 1-4 business days to dispatch from the warehouse. Please note that once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We’ll aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this might not always be possible.
Whenever available, we will provide you via email with a tracking ID as soon as we receive it from our delivery partners.
Currently we only ship devices within New Zealand.
Each device order comes with up to 12-months free warranty. Our warranty covers all product defects, both hardware and software, during the warranty period. This includes significant differences in products than what was originally ordered at the time of delivery. During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and replacements only. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any other external persons or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage of the device caused by force, water or any external factors. You can find more information here.
In the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will receive the full refund within 14 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. In the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. This allows us to protect our devices and customers from others who misuse and abuse our return policy. Device replacements are complimentary here.
