Company was very fast to pass product off to shipping provider. The specific item I purchased, the Sonim XP5Plus, comes in two models - with knobs and knobless. The knobs are a quality of life item. The image of the product shown on the listing included knobs, the product I received did not have them, which was a nuisance. Luckily, however, knobless was a better route for my personal use.
There were no other issues, I was originally suspicious of the company because I knew nothing about them and had not heard of them before, but after reassurance I'm glad I went with them. The particular phone I purchased was sold at a great price considering the condition.

I was looking for a very specific phone that is not commonly available from the telecoms in Canada. After learning that the phone I needed was on back order from my cell phone service provider, I turned to Reebelo because a friend had ordered their phone from you. I found my device quickly and received it within four days of placing the order as the seller happened to be local. Have not set it up yet, but will update the review once I have done so
