If something had gone wrong I would likely write a Book letting you know, but in this case all I have is Bravo to Reebelo as having gots No complaints. Id ordered Refurbished ones in the past as seen as the overall better value but this experience was a first for me & when to Google the name of the phone many popped up but Reebelo had shown to be the better value at $121.00 for a ONEPLUS 8T w/ 256 GB. I'd later learned a ONEPLUS 13 is the better phone but so far this one is working for me despite it being very small but perhaps in time I'll like how it falls deep inside my pocket. The shipping took 4 days but ur able to track on their website to they also keep you up to date thru email if happen to have another source to checking email & I'd been able to notice it sitting at FedEx 2 days which is no fault to Reebelo. It came very well packaged & listed as GOOD but was just like brand spankin New to me. I'd order thru Reebelo again when this phone breaks like the other 18 ive had.

Great purchase experience

I'm happy with the phone I received.  I ordered the "good" condition and it was better than what I was expecting.  The phone is great so far and will use it as my daily. The only comment I have (not regarding the phone) is that after the purchase, there was a coupon code for a discount on my next purchase. But I realized it was a discount on a minimum purchase of $200 that I wasn't able to apply because I was wanting to purchase something under $200.
