So to cover the negative parts first: I immediately had issues with customer support and ultimately just Reebelo's system in general. Admittedly this is kind of a rare problem and more of an issue with PayPal but it's still slightly frustrating, and only an issue I've experienced with this marketplace. I struggled with checking out a couple of times, where I would put in all of my information, only for the checkout to freeze and fail to proceed even after waiting for 10+ minutes. Afterwards I decided to just use PayPal, but again clicking the check out with PayPal button on the bottom of the page it would just freeze and/or ignore my click. Fine, I'll just do the PayPal one click checkout on the top of the page. At this point, the check out finally worked just fine, but after I checked the order I realize PayPal autofilled some outdated information from 5+ years ago, which is incredibly strange given that that information isn't even on my account anymore. Upon realizing this I reached out to support to try and fix it, where they didn't respond to my request until late the next day after my order had already shipped. Normally I'd just ignore something like this as long as I'm still able to receive the order and everything works as expected. Upon receiving my order I was extremely excited, but it quickly turned into confusion and upset. My device came with a warning after I inserted my SIM card: "This is not a Verizon SIM card." My immediate reaction was that my device was still locked to Verizon in the U.S. and submitted a return request. After communicating further with support I learned this is a common message to see when using another service provider's SIM card with an unlocked Verizon phone, however I am still experiencing connectivity issues that are not present on other devices. My device's battery is also surprisingly worn, despite being over 4x the capacity of my last phone, it struggles to last a whole day. Ultimately I'm still fine with my purchase, as it was at an unbeatable price, and should hopefully last me for some time.
