The device arrived exactly as described—save for it having likely been refurbished with a 7,500 mAh battery, resulting in an intermittent power delivery to the device. I will be replacing it with a 10,000 mAh battery.

Rebeelo’s customer service is on point and willing to help. I just ended up not needing help in repairing the device, for which I grateful I was able to buy at almost half the MSRP.
