Great company. Third item ordered, one returned ( my fault not theirs ). 
Excellent service. However the order process would not let me put in my post box number then delivered it to my local post office where it sat in  the back for 2 weeks. Tracking number meant nothing. A physical search of “lost items” only then did it turn up, one day away from being sent back. 
Very poor. Not happy.

My iPhone 13 arrived very promptly and was in great condition for the ‘Very Good’ selection. 
I also paid for a new battery to be installed. So far it has been okay, but after 12 hours use, it is down to 9% battery life remaining. I would think it would last a bit longer than that, but maybe this is normal for this age of phone. 
I also have storage of 256gb which is much better than my old XS that had only 64gb. 
The cost of my iPhone was very acceptable. It is also a good size for fitting into both my bag and pocket. 
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
